About Langley

There are almost a dozen neighbourhoods between the city and district of Langley. Average sale prices of all properties range from a low of $406,000 to a high of $2.2 million.
Families will be interested in homes for sale in the Walnut Grove, Aldergrove and Willoughby areas. All three offer easy access to retail stores, have great parks and schools and family homes are not outrageously expensive (by Lower Mainland, B.C. standards). Commuters prefer Walnut Grove because it’s closer to the Trans-Canada Highway.
The most expensive real estate in Langley can be found in two neighbouring communities: Campbell Valley and County Line Glen Valley. Homes in these areas are in South Langley, close to the U.S. border and, usually, come with much larger lot sizes. Expect to pay between $1.7 million and $2.2 million, on average, for an older two-storey or rancher on a big plot of land. For the large, sprawling six bedroom homes, expect to double your purchase price, at the very least.
